I have been so pleased with the services I have received from your company and your employees in the past few years. Not only were your services and your products reliable, but your employees were exceptional. In 2001 we selected your company from several others advertised in the Yellow Pages of the local telephone book to make a necessary repair to our garage door. A young man, named Rob, replaced the bottom section of the door to our complete satisfaction. A note I made on the back of the invoice at that time says “arrived on schedule and performed repair in an efficient manner.” When the old door finally saw it’s best days, we called upon you to see if it could be repaired or if it should be replaced. To make a long story short, we had it repaired by a very nice young man named Tom, who advised that the opener was obsolete and the door itself was aging and would eventually need replacement. A few weeks later, not only did the opener act up, but unknown to me, one of the springs let go. Travis came to assess the problem and I decided it was time to replace the door and opener. The young women in the office efficiently ordered the replacements and scheduled the work. I found the quoted price competitive to what others in my neighborhood paid other companies. Travis arrived on schedule, was very courteous and pleasant, and once again I am pleased to say I’ve had a very positive experience with your company and your employees.

I’d like to let you know that recently three members of your team provided me with service at a level of professionalism that deserves recognition. Paula, Tom, & Travis helped make a potentially difficult day a successful one. Just this past Friday I was to meet my elderly parents at the hospital where my mother had an appointment with a cardiac specialist. Naturally it was that same morning that a cable on my garage door snapped, trapping my car inside and along with it any hopes of assisting my parents. Paula, sensing that this trip was important to me, very graciously managed to squeeze me into the daily schedule, and Tom and Travis quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. As a result, I was able to drive up to help my parents get through that tension filled day. I cannot praise Paula, Tom, & Travis enough for their thoughtfulness and professionalism. I’m sure you already realize this, but you have an incredible team working for you.
